GIO in association with Savvy Muslim Women Entrepreneurs, organised a “Mega Ramadan Souq” where we displayed a book stall as well as conducted “A Fun Workshop” which included Origami, Bookmark Making, Glass Painting and Mehndi, conducted by the members of GIO at Shiraz Hall, Egmore, Chennai.
The event was exclusively for women. The Co-Incharge of GIO, Sr. Zainab Ali, hosted the event.
GIO pamphlets which were an introduction to the organisation included our aim and objective, our works and how can they reach out to us, was distributed to the people who attended the event.
